here is one of my grandma´s recipes: Beef stew. The base could be change for other vegetables (the more vegetables, the more flavor).
It is a stew of beef with potatoes, and the broth is made with vegetables like onions, carrots, tomatoes, green peeper, leek... and red wine (remember my mother´s quote: the better the wine, the better the broth!).
First of all is to prepare the vegetables. It depends on how you and your family like them. For instance, my son loves carrots, so after peel the carrots, I cut it in big slides. The other vegetables, I use to chop them finely, except the potatoes, I used to diced them.
Here are the ingredients:
For the broth:
1 garlic clove
1-2 fresh/spring onions
2-3 peeled carrots
4 peeled potatoes
2 tomatoes
3-4 spoons of olive oil
2 tsp salt
Others that can be aded: 1 leek, 1 green peeper
Beef: 450g of beef meet

How to cook:
1.- Prepare the vegetable to cook, while heat in a pressure cooker the olive oil. The potato size will determine the cooking time, if it is so big it will take a long time.
2.- Star cooking! Steps 1 to 10 of the picture:
Add the garlic glove when the olive oil is hot. Once it gets a golden color add the onion. Be careful, the garlic must not have a burnt, because it one of the dos disgusting flavors!
After sauté the spring onions add the rest of vegetables(also the potatoes). remove for 2-3 minutes. Maximum hight of fire.
Add the tomatoes and remove for 2-3 more minutes.
Add the beef meat, while removing until the meat changes color (from red to brown/grey).
Add the wine, and let it cook for 10 minutes so the alcohol evaporates and then, finally, add enough water to reach the level of vegetables and meat.
Close the lid and bring to pressure. The time depends on the cooker, mine takes less than 10 minutes.
If your kiddos does't like vegetables, crushed all the vegetable, except the potatoes. So, fry the vegetable medley until soft, then add the meet (just for flavor), remove the meat from the cooker when changes it color. Add the wine and the water, bring to boil and crush After that add the potatoes and the meat again. Close the lid and bring to pressure.
Before eat be sure that the potatoes are tender.

Add the wine and the water, bring to boil and crush After that add the potatoes and the meat again. Close the lid and bring to pressure.

I use to cook one night ahead, leave it in the cooker during the night, and heat in the cooker (wi pressure) for 5-7 minutes before eat. After a second cook time the meat will be very tender and juicy.
