The simplest... the best: avocado toast

Hi!

do you also have those days when the last thing you feel like doing is cooking?... ME TOO! There are two options for me: order a pizza or do something easy and healthier that a ordered pizza: avocado toast.

It can´t be easier, just toast the breath, add a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Add a layer of avocado slices, in this point there are lots of options, here you have two of them:

1.- Add another layer of tomato slices and a bit of blue cheese (or another kind of creamy cheese like feta. If you want you can add cottage cheese, but because it is no so tasty, I would add a bit of black peeper.




2.- Add some sliced strawberries




That´s all, and it really worth it!!
